No. Before our call, we build a free mockup of your new website with your business, your services and your photos. We host it for you to look at. If you don’t love it, we take it down and you owe nothing. You sign nothing to see it.

A one-time $500 build fee, then $297 per month. The build fee covers designing, writing and launching your website, and you pay it when you sign up. The $297 covers the whole Service Suite: hosting, security, unlimited updates and every marketing system. Monthly billing starts when your site goes live. Pay for the year instead ($2,970) and you get two months free. Annual renewals are $2,970 with no build fee, since your site already exists. Optional add-ons, like scheduled custom social posts, are priced separately and only if you ask for one.

Your website goes live within two weeks of our first call. We build the whole site, you review it, we make your changes, and we launch.

Send us a change and we make it: new photos, a new price, an added service, a reworded page. We never bill by the hour and never cap the number of requests.

You always own your domain, your content, your data and your business phone number, whichever way you pay. After 24 months as a member, the website itself becomes yours too: the design, the copy and your site’s files transfer to you at no extra charge. Before then, the site runs as part of your active Service Suite. If you cancel, we export your contact list and help you move your number.

Usually a rebuild is faster, and for a one-time $500 build fee you get a site designed to bring in calls instead of a patched-up old one. On our call we’ll look at your current site and tell you whether any of it is worth keeping.

We walk you through the mockup we built for your business, look at your Google presence next to the competitors in your area, and lay out what we’d do. You keep the plan even if you don’t sign up.

We built our process around technology and automation, so a build that takes an agency months takes us two weeks or less, and we don’t carry an agency’s overhead. You pay a flat monthly price instead of an open-ended project budget.
